Provides analytical support to field operations, investigations, the Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC), and command staff by identifying crime patterns and suspect linkages, forecasting crime trends, developing investigative leads, supporting resource deployment and long-term planning, and facilitating information sharing among law enforcement partners. Incumbents perform routine to moderately complex analytical assignments while developing proficiency in crime and intelligence analysis, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), law enforcement databases, Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC) technologies, and related analytical tools.
