</li></ul>   What Youll Do <ul><li>Own the Territory: Identify, prospect, and cultivate your network to land high-value accounts in the LA market.
	</li><li>Negotiate Like a Pro: Handle everything from initial discovery to C-suite presentations and final contract execution.
	</li><li>Consultative Closing: Move beyond transactional selling. You will diagnose organizational pain points and architect custom staffing solutions that stick.
	</li><li>Drive the Pipeline: Manage a high-velocity sales cycle, keeping the CRM updated not because you have to, but because youre obsessed with your win rate.
	</li><li>Collaborate: Partner with our delivery team to ensure the talent you promise is the talent we deliver.
</li></ul>   Who You Are <ul><li>A Proven Winner: You have at least 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Staffing or Professional Services preferred) where you consistently sat at the top of the leader board.
	</li><li>Strategically Aggressive: You know how to get past the gatekeeper and how to speak the language of a CFO.
	</li><li>Mobile & Motivated: You thrive on the road. Youd rather be at a client site than behind a desk.
	</li><li>Resilient: You have the "thick skin" required for high-volume outbound sales and the polish required for high-level account management.
</li></ul> The Requirements <ul><li>A track record of hitting and exceeding $1M+ quotas (or equivalent).
	</li><li>Mastery of consultative sales techniques and "The Challenger" mindset.
	</li><li>Valid drivers license and the hunger to be in the field 4 days a week.
	</li><li>Experience with CRM (Bullhorn ideal) and high-level tech stacks.

Position Summary:We are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Auto Body Shop Detailer/Polisher to join our dynamic team at Urban Collsion Center. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and detailing vehicles post-repair to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Cleans and details repaired vehicles, both inside and out, to prepare them for customer delivery</li><li>Buffs and polishes surfaces using specialized equipment and materials to achieve a like-new finish</li><li>Removes dirt, dust, and remnants of repairs from all areas of the vehicle</li><li>Performs final quality checks to ensure all body repairs have been completed correctly and the vehicle meets company standards</li><li>Inspects all repaired areas to confirm the quality of work and adherence to specifications</li><li>Applies waxes and protective coatings as necessary to enhance the vehicle's appearance</li><li>Ensures that all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition</li><li>Communicates with management about any ongoing issues, missed damage, or concerns regarding vehicle quality</li><li>Assists in maintaining a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by management</li></ul>RequirementsQualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in automotive detailing, polishing, or a related field preferred</li><li>Knowledge of various automotive cleaning, buffing, and polishing techniques</li><li>Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high standards</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions</li><li>Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li></ul>BenefitsSick Benefits401KMedical, Dental and Vision BenefitsLife Insurance
