Guided by planners, project managers, and technical leaders, this role includes conducting research, site evaluations, permitting assessments, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing reports and planning documents for some of the industry''s largest and most complex site development and infrastructure projects. Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a relevant field such as Community and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, Landscape Architecture, Political Science, Environmental Studies, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
