This role plays a key part in property presentation by completing pre-move-in and post-move-out unit cleans, maintaining the cleanliness of model homes and the clubhouse, and supporting daily groundskeeping, trash and recycling removal, sanitation, mopping, and general cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor. Prepare common areas, amenities, model-home routes, vacant-home approaches, waste areas, and community gathering spaces for daily use, property inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and business activities.
