Maintains building lobbies and entrances in continuously acceptable condition, including spot washing door glass, policing floors for litter, spot mopping spillage and wet weather tracking, spot cleaning walls and architectural trim, removing trash, and emptying ash trays. Maintains rest rooms in continuously serviceable condition, including rinsing sinks, drying counters, restocking paper and supplies, spot mopping spillage, spot washing mirrors, policing floors for litter, and cleaning toilets and seats as required.
