Build and maintain lasting partnerships with internal cross-functional teams (Operations, Building Design, Pre-Construction, WHS, Construction Management, Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Economic Development, and Public Relations) and external stakeholders including developers, municipalities, landowners, consultants, and community leaders. This individual must be comfortable operating as both a strategic visionary and tactical executor, responsible for leading cross-functional teams to proactively identify, develop, and deliver facilities that anticipate Amazon"s future operational needs throughout North America.
