Job Summary: Oversees all daily functions of the laboratory /phlebotomy, including: staffing, problem resolution, operational parameters, customer service, supplies, training/orientation of staff, and adherence to all regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, TJC, FDA and OSHA).
