This program provides comprehensive hands-on experience including professional development, networking with leadership, and training specifically focused on NG leadership principles, company history, customer/stakeholder engagement, product and service overview, and core job responsibilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting analyses and/or product development in engineering disciplines such as reliability, maintainability, supportability, modeling and simulation, obsolescence management and/or support equipment design and development.
