Perform required set-ups and changeovers as required including but not limited to; Determining print job specifications and all activities relating to press set up, selecting proper Anilox rolls, printing stock and print sleeves, threading material into press, adjusting slitter knives, preparing inks for upcoming work order to match print deck location and ink up press, etc. Run make ready rolls, check quality specifications, run machine and print, conduct quality checks as needed based on specifications and record in system, pull sample rolls and archive, properly label and tag finished and/or RTS rolls, collect retain samples, package rolls according to customer specifications and have product taken to warehouse.
