This role will serve as a key SAP subject matter expert supporting make-to-stock manufacturing and the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Management, Order Management, Production Planning, fulfillment, serialization, and Customer Equipment Management. The role will help establish efficient processes for forecasting, inventory planning, production scheduling, customer fulfillment, installed-base management, and aftermarket support while ensuring strong integration across the broader supply chain.
