Supervises assigned employees including hiring, evaluating performance, coaching, training, recommending dismissal and completing/approving timesheets and leave requests; ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, equipment, guidance, and support necessary to perform their duties. Under general supervision, the Multimedia Systems Supervisor is responsible for leading the planning, programming, daily operation, and ongoing optimization of a sophisticated, integrated audio/visual system within the Citys premier athletic performance center.
