Primary Care Physician Sun River Health IncPrimary Care PhysicianWhite Plains, NYDoctorate Degree (MD, DO) • Active/Valid license as a MD or DO in New York State • DEA • Board certification • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) • Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) (preferred) • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient population in community health setting.
