The Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care will provide quality integrated primary health care services and medication management tochildren, adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting, and will perform as an independent andinterdependent member of the medical services team providing integrated general medical and behavioralhealth care to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly clients in need of services. A drug screen, TB test and extensive background check (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References) are required of all Aspire employees.
