Consistently follows policies and procedures related to administration of medications, and accurately administers medications to patients to include the following: seeks clarification of orders as necessary, identifies need for PRN medications and documents response to PRN medications, recognizes and reports effects of medication, documents administration of all medications in the electronic health record following established policies. Knowledge and skill in performing support duties for complex diagnostic tests and/or specialized practices or procedures, which include preparing the patient, assisting in the diagnostic examination, preparing and handling specialized instruments or other specialized equipment, and monitoring the patients condition before, during, and following the procedure.
