Medical Assistant, LPN or other based on market requirements)• 3+ years of experience in a clinic or ambulatory care environment• Prior lead experience as an MA or experience training core clinic roles in a value based care environment• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and coach staff internally and externally• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) and/or health information management (HIM) systems• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• High level of engagement, emotional intelligence, and commitment to patient centered service.
