Work directly with internal and external customers, suppliers, project engineers, design engineers, test engineers, sustainment engineers, Centers of Excellence, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, program management, and other functions to develop systems and products. Work to Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles including careful management of Critical to Quality requirements through the design lifecycle, rigorous knowledge building of the design space, understanding of the effects of manufacturing variation, and design for manufacturing and assembly to meet product recurring cost targets.
