Specific responsibilities include: Managing and responding to written and analytical due diligence inquiries from investors; Coordinating with investment teams, sales, and portfolio management teams to address investors questions and prepare investor communication materials; Working across Finance/Operations for ongoing fund reporting and Legal/external counsel to prepare legal documents including PPMs, LPAs, subscription documents and investor-negotiated side letters; Partnering with senior team members on structuring, raising and maintaining funds; Participating in interactions with prospective and existing investors and consultants; Preparing, updating, and maintaining marketing materials, investor presentations, reporting, and regular updates; and.
