As the Principal Business Systems Analyst for the Test Compendium, you will serve as the senior technical and analytical owner for the technical design and business process enablement of NeoGenomics’ enterprise Test Compendium data model—the governed source of truth for master test and product data that feeds NeoLIMS, Billing, Analytics, the website, and downstream clinical and operational systems. Serve as the primary collector and translator of business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements, including user requirement specifications (URS), datamodel designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and developer-ready specifications.
