Strong instructional leadership and school improvement skills; Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners; Ability to analyze student achievement data and use results to guide instructional decisions; Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and coordinate school initiatives; Knowledge of restorative practices, PBIS, and student support systems; Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop staff; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment. Master's Degree in Education is required; higher degree is preferred; Must hold or be eligible for the appropriate Georgia Leadership Certification in the area of Educational Leadership; Five years of progressively responsible experience in education as a classroom teacher, counselor, instructional coach or other certified position; Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and the Board may find appropriate.
