Support multiple IRADs, CR&Ds, and programs in both air and space domains as part of an integrated team • Responsible for the development and integration of variable-fidelity computer models and simulations that effectively capture system and system of systems effects in complex threat environments • These models will generate virtual and/or analytical solutions to identify technology gaps, demonstrate the operational benefits of new mission concepts (e.g., Manned-Unmanned Teaming) in complex operational scenarios, develop requirements, test systems, and train operators • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business alignment • Evaluation of end-to-end system needs to discover system interfaces and data connectivity requirements across the kill-chain (e.g., ensuring sensors can "talk to" shooters) • Modeling of system and mission kill chains (e.g., intercepting a threatening ballistic missile) with tools such as Government, Commercial, and Raytheon simulations (e.g. Our department is currently hiring for a Principal Modeling Analysis & Simulation Operations Engineer to develop, analyze, and grade flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas (sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations), develop tools and methods to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and visualizations based on customer requirements.
