Under the direction of the department director, the Education Coordinator assumes a consultant role in strengthening collaborative relationships with health center leadership, physicians, and all health care staff in various settings to improve patient/family outcomes along the care continuum throughout the organization. Knowledge of adult education principles, change management, team building, facilitation, consultation, and learning theory distinguishes this position, supported by competence in research, leadership, consultation, staff development, simulation, and professional growth.
