p>This role provides thought leadership and analytical expertise to develop and implement compensation strategies, processes, and governance that support workforce stability, drive performance, and enable efficient, scalable compensation practices across diverse manufacturing populations. This position will serve as a subject matter expert in the compensation space and requires experience in strategy, design, implementation, and administration of short-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases, salary surveys, international compensation, sales compensation, financial/tax treatment of compensation programs, and other specialized areas of compensation.
