You will be trusted to act as the global functional technical specialist for the most complex and confidential HR data issues, applying advanced analytic tools and models to perform sophisticated customer-level analyses based on data from HR and internal systems to empower senior HR and business leaders to make optimized decisions affecting people decisions and processes. Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy improvements to systems, data, technologies, and processes to improve the overall accuracy and efficiency; serve as subject matter expert for various developments analyses of data reports and dashboards using Workday, Alteryx, AWS, Tableau, and custom Excel formats.
