The Senior Manager will work closely with Vendor Management Business Partners, MERL Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Accounts Payable, IT, and Commercial teams to establish consistent ways of working, execute programs effectively, implement process improvements, and provide cross-coverage for Print Production. The Role The Senior Manager, Operational Excellence is responsible for leading Speaker Bureau program operations and commercial sponsorship operations while driving continuous improvement across key Marketing Operations, Vendor Governance, and Operational Excellence processes supporting the U.S. Commercial organization across all therapeutic areas.
