Approximately 35% of the role involves print production and working with customer graphic files , with the remainder focused primarily on assisting customers with shipping, packaging, mailbox services, and other business needs. Previous experience with digital printing, graphic design, Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, print/copy centers, sign production, commercial printing, shipping, or packaging is a plus.
