<ul><li>SCHEDULE IS FRI/SAT/SUN ONLY</li><li>Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce printed materials according to job specifications, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.</li><li> Mix and adjust inks to achieve the required colors, monitor ink viscosity, and maintain consistent print quality throughout the run.</li><li>Perform routine press maintenance, including cleaning rollers, plates, and other press components. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or print quality issues as they arise.</li><li> Monitor print quality by conducting visual inspections and using measurement devices to ensure colors, registration, and other specifications meet customer requirements.</li><li> Accurately record production data, including job setup details, materials used, and completed quantities.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding machine operation and hazardous materials.</li><li> Work closely with production supervisors, ink technicians, and quality control staff to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.</li><li>Convert master rolls of stock into small rolls on slitter rewinders and tabletop finishing machines</li><li>Package finished goods into boxes, label and seal in a neat and clean fashion</li><li>Remove finished rolls of products from press</li><li>Clean out ink pans upon completion of printed jobs</li></ul>
