The role works closely with senior bankers, product partners, investors, and sponsors to deliver innovative financing solutions across the commercial real estate capital structure, including mortgage loans, CMBS, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and other structured finance products. Responsibilities: Responsible for screening, sizing, structuring, underwriting, originating, and closing a broad range of real estate financing products including CMBS, mortgage loans, mezzanine/preferred debt, back leverage loans/facilities, acquisition financings, and take private financings across various real estate property sectors.
