p>Primary Responsibilities: Analyzing and conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential primary fund investments and direct equity co-investment opportunities Performing in-depth analysis of companies, industries and private equity portfolios Assisting with the diligence and preparation of due diligence materials and investment committee memos Monitoring and reporting on firm's existing investments through regular interaction with fund managers, attending annual meetings of private equity firms, reviewing quarterly financials and performing portfolio analysis Supporting fund marketing and existing client requests Conducting special projects including product development and asset allocation analyses.
Experience & Skills Qualifications:
Must have excellent academic credentials (both undergraduate school and GPA) Must have 2-3 years of top-tier investment banking or asset management program experience Must be ranked near the top of peers with exceptional quantitative skills Must have strong judgment, critical thinking and written skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both orally and in written form Must show initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving; demonstrated experience in conducting research and interacting with others to develop solutions Must have ability to multi-task with a fine-tuned attention to detail Must have team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects.
