Additional duties include managing and processing various master data elements in sIDMa, ECC, and OMP, initiating technical changes to systems, critically checking supplied data against technical specifications and instructions, performing Master Data creations and changes accurately in accordance with applicable procedures, and acting as the point of contact for troubleshooting, root cause analysis on Master Data related issues, and system incidents. Prepares or adjusts Master Data work instructions, guides new data analysts, provides hands-on training, acts as key user for certain systems, performs user acceptance tests, and supports global initiatives concerning Master Data.
