The Project Manager reporting directly to the Project Director provides leadership to the site teams and is responsible for, scheduling, workface planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting in cost control and ensuring the safety, productivity of the teams at the workface including site installations and associated cabling installs. They provide leadership and supervision by organising resources, assigning work, assessing team capability, mentoring employees and apprentices, resolving workplace issues, and supporting disciplinary processes when required.
