The role focuses on optical films and light management systems, including brightness enhancement films (BEF/DBEF), diffuser and prism films, LCD and OLED polarizers, anti-reflective (AR), anti-glare (AG), and anti-fingerprint (AF) coatings, chemically strengthened glass, polymer cover lens materials, and optical bonding technologies. Working closely with display manufacturers, optical material suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will assess new technologies, establish validation methodologies, lead proof-of-concept activities, and advance solutions from early-stage development through technology readiness.
