Working under the direction of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, this role performs repairs, preventive maintenance, apartment make-readies, vendor coordination, and emergency response activities. Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, pools/spas, irrigation, gates, and related community systems.
