Job Title: Mortgage Origination Customer Service Representative Location: Indianapolis, IN (onsite) Compensation: $23.47/HR on W2 Security Clearance: Public Trust (HUD Central Clearance) Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails related to FHA guidelines and procedures from the lending industry and the public.</li><li>Use your mortgage industry knowledge to locate answers in knowledge databases and acknowledge client requests.</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures for various topics, systems, and contact channels.</li><li>Document all contacts accurately in the database.</li><li>Stay current on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience (e.g., loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer)</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience</li><li>Ability to obtain a US Security clearance (similar to a Public Trust), including a credit check and background investigation</li><li>Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, utilizing search tools</li><li>Excellent time management skills and dependability</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette</li><li>Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute</li></ul>System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America. The Specimen Processor will be responsible for performing specimen accessioning, sample sorting and data entry in a fast-paced environment according to established standard operating procedures. <ul><li>Ability to process biological specimens for the laboratory to ensure accurate processing. </li><li>Verify patient demographic information matches the test requisition form submitted. </li><li>Data entry of patient information into the computer system for tracking purposes. </li><li>Meet key production metrics and quality measures to ensure timely and accurate results. </li><li>Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areas. </li><li>Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities when required. </li><li>Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples. </li><li>Resolve and document any problem specimens (holds).</li><li>Must be able to process Hold specimens (i.e., identify missing information, patient identifiers, or errors in collections. </li><li>Handle and dispose of medical and chemical waste.</li><li>Daily will scan documents into Solaris recordkeeping system. </li><li>Adhere to strict attendance guidelines.</li><li>Comply with all HIPPA guidelines. </li><li>Comply with all company health and safety standards. </li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>Must be able to stand or sit for up to 7 hours per day.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to work designated schedule and adhere to strict attendance guidelines.</li><li>Proficient in MS office. </li></ul> ·         Relevant experience in lab setting. ·         Previous medical or production experience. ·         Comfortable handling human biological specimens including blood, urine, tissue samples and COVID-19 samples.  ·         Must be able to pass standardized color vision test.·         Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without assistance. ·         Strong hand-eye coordination in order to accurately identify specimens by touch and sight·         Ability to wear laboratory personal protective equipment (PPE) 6-8 hours out of the day. ·         Generally performed in office setting.

The Processing Specialist is responsible for utilizing DMV and audit knowledge to provide a high level of support for accounts to drive revenue and retention objectives.

Position Summary The Title and Registration Specialist utilizes IN BMV terminals as well to provide support and guidance to CVR accounts in Indiana. The Processing Specialist will be responsible for managing the Green Screen transaction process, communicating directly with clients, and administering billing procedures. The Processing Specialist is responsible for utilizing DMV and audit knowledge to provide a high level of support for accounts to drive revenue and retention objectives. Position Responsibilities & Essential functions <ul><li>Provide support and guidance to the CVR accounts</li><li>Ability to clearly and tactfully communicate to clients and CVR employees</li><li>Display a professional, positive, and ethical attitude when dealing with clients, associates, and management</li><li>Achieve Service Level Agreements timelines</li><li>Accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail focused</li><li>Audit experience with IN BMV transactions preferred</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software including Outlook and Excel</li><li>Salesforce experience</li><li>Maintain and organized workspace and process flow</li></ul> Qualifications & Job Requirements <ul><li>Computer hardware and software proficiency is required, including Microsoft Office proficiency, Windows operating systems</li><li>Must be able to pass the Indiana state background check</li><li>Must exhibit the ability to work with little supervision, able to be productive, prioritize, and manage time</li><li>Must have excellent customer service skills with effective written communication and effective listening skills</li><li>Ability to interact with both internal and external customers, resolving issues and maintaining relationships</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills</li><li>Must be able to lift and move bundles of paperwork and other BMV related items (~15 lbs)</li></ul> STARS: Allows an authorized user the ability to search customer record database, search for vehicle, driver and registration information, process any transaction that a BMV License Branch Associate would process. The transaction types are governed by the contract so there should only be a few select transactions bring processed. It also allows the user to potentially override certain portions of a transaction. i.e. waive fees, process refunds, etc. KTA: Although the physical scanner belongs to CVR in this case, the PC it is connected to does not. In order to scan documents to the BMV through KTA, a user must have network access just like with STARS.
