Essential Functions Include: Attend and participate in Turnover Meetings, Planning Meetings, Closeout Meetings, and pre-construction & weekly project meetings with w/subs, vendors, owner, architect. This position will manage self-perform work along with the planning, coordination, and supervision of all DEW and subcontractor personnel on-site including other Superintendents when required.
