The Lead Name Change/Resale Processor is responsible for leading the Name Change team while managing owner requests related to title transfers, ownership name changes, deceased owner title clearance, resale documentation, and mortgage protection insurance claims. This role handles a high volume of inbound and outbound owner calls, coordinates with owners, courts, attorneys, and trustees, and ensures title and ownership requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
