Replace burned out light bulbs, to include, exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights. Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed in accordance with established procedures.
