Works closely with the Program Director, Deputy Directors, subconsultants, client, and stakeholders to successfully execute on all aspects of controls, including scheduling, estimation, risk management, change management, document controls, budget tracking, reporting, and supporting implementation of a Capital Project Management System. Proven experience leading the full suite of project controls disciplines (document controls, scheduling, risk management, financial management, CPMS, etc.) on a major program management or general engineering consultant contract.
