If you want a job where someone tells you exactly what to do every day, this isn’t it. </p><h1>The Role</h1><p>As a Warehouse Processor, you will be cross-trained to perform various inventory, distribution, packaging, receiving, and quality assurance tasks within the Mobile Services Team. This position requires an individual with excellent motor and dexterity abilities, and the willingness to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </p><h1>What You Will Own</h1><ul><li>Dependable attendance, punctuality, and full ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish </li><li>Proactive communication around workflow issues, concerns, and ideas for improvement </li><li>Ability to shift priorities quickly and stay effective as tasks and conditions change throughout the shift </li><li>Careful handling and inspection of every device to maintain accuracy and quality standards </li><li>Ability to stay on your feet and remain active and productive throughout a full 8 to 10-hour shift </li><li>Perform quality checks by visually and manually inspecting the product </li><li>Place the device and all required parts into the packaging </li><li>Identify and label product packaging for processing into inventory </li><li>Complete product labels accurately while managing multiple prod </li><li>Sort and deliver products to the workstations and conduct inter-department transfers of product </li><li>Receive defective and/or damaged products, inspect, and assign the appropriate defect/issue </li><li>Maintain product staging areas in an orderly fashion Perform other duties as assigned, including moving of material as needed</li></ul><h1>What You Need</h1><ul><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>A positive, team-first attitude with zero tolerance for gossip, negativity, or disruptive behavior </li></ul><h1>What We Are Looking For</h1><ul><li>Adequate computer and data entry skills </li><li>1 year of verified working experience with inventory control, cycle counting, etc. </li><li>1 year of verified experience within a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial services environment </li><li>Ability to walk, sit, and/or stand throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift </li><li>Excellent manual dexterity and hand speed </li><li>High attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Experience with small electronic parts/equipment (preferred) </li></ul><h1>The Bottom Line</h1><p>This is a hands-on role at a company that moves fast and builds things that last.
