The Data Processor functions as an extension of the accounting department and work with the Receiving Manager and Store Manager to receive and process merchandise orders for their store which will include the handling and processing of invoices, purchase orders, special orders, rain checks, bill of landing, freight bills, inter-store transfers, etc. The Data Processor also handles weekly and daily price changes as necessary to facilitate the sign and item price changes in the store as well as work to ensure that all product information is correct including, but not limited to, price, description, UPC, cost, etc.
