<strong>Now Hiring – Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours</strong><br/>KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring <strong>Saw Operators / Material Processors</strong> to join our <strong>Mill Department</strong>. This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br/>• Operate saw equipment including table saws, upcut saws, and panel saws<br/>
• Measure, cut, and process wood materials according to specifications<br/>
• Assist with material handling and preparation for production<br/>
• Ensure accurate cuts and maintain quality standards<br/>
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized<br/>
• Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery<br/>
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br/>• Previous saw, woodworking, or production experience preferred (will train the right candidate)<br/>
• Experience with table saws or similar equipment is a plus<br/>
• Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools accurately<br/>
• Strong attention to detail and safety<br/>
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic<br/>
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>Additional Requirements</strong><br/>• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment<br/>
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly<br/>
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time<br/>
• Ability to work safely around machinery and cutting equipment<br/>
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality<br/>
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>Schedule</strong><br/>• Monday – Friday<br/>
• Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM<br/>
• After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM<strong></strong><br/>
• Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)<br/>
• Occasional Saturdays based on production needs<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>Pay & Benefits</strong><br/>• <strong>Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE</strong><br/>
• Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)<br/>
