MAIN DUTIES: Project assignments including on-site representation of client, preparation of project documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, plan review, research of records, quality control/quality assurance inspection and materials testing and oversight. REQUIREMENTS: Must also maintain a valid driver''s license with a good driving record and pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check, DMV driving record check, reference verification, and work history check.
