The Box Office Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the Box Office Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the box office, including event management, staffing, cash control, and external relations for venues such as Scope Arena, Chrysler Hall, Attucks Theatre, Harrison Opera House, and Scope Plaza, as well as ticketing responsibilities for City of Norfolk events at Harbor Park, Wells Theatre, and Open Air Events.
