Preferred qualifications for the Human Resources Manager: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ as an HR Manager or broad HR generalist Hands-on experience across recruiting, employee relations, benefits, workers' comp, unemployment, training, and compliance Experience in construction, transportation, manufacturing, or another field-based environment strongly preferred A plus: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR; union workforce experience; DOT testing programs; Viewpoint Vista. We need an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Manager to manage our day-to-day HR function and be a trusted resource to employees, supervisors, and management.
