Three years of professional architectural experience that includes the design and/or management of major construction projects and capital improvement programs involving public buildings, office complexes, or similar structures is required. The architect plays an important part in supporting SPWD's mission to provide well-planned, efficient, and safe facilities for state agencies, and contributes to the Division's vision of exemplary state facilities through professional judgment, teamwork, and pride in high-quality public service.
