Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all aspects of procurement for materials, supplies, and services across multiple locationsLead procurement initiatives focused on cost reduction, supplier optimization, and value analysisDevelop, implement, and maintain purchasing policies, procedures, and authorization workflowsEnsure procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policiesAct as a procurement resource for internal stakeholders to support pricing, quality, and delivery objectivesDevelop and maintain purchasing specifications based on functional and operational requirementsFacilitate purchase requirements and the generation of appropriate purchasing documentationCollaborate with group purchasing organizations or strategic sourcing partners as applicablePrepare procurement reports and perform detailed analysis of purchasing activity and spendMaintain vendor evaluation programs and report on delivery performance, quality, and responsivenessDevelop, monitor, and manage the procurement budget, ensuring expenses remain within approved limitsIdentify, document, and implement continuous improvement opportunities across procurement operationsEducate and support staff on purchasing protocols and best practicesEnsure adherence to purchasing policies and proper approval of procurement activities. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain managementStrong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing controlsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills.
