Partner with the Director of Strategic Sourcing, Finance, IT, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to prioritize technology investments and enhancements, evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent automation, and establish performance measures for technology-enabled value, including increased spend under management, process efficiencies, improved compliance, and operational cost reductions. Monitor operational health and organizational capacity through service-level measures, platform performance, demand and backlog trends, control exceptions, and recurring root-cause themes, and guide the prioritization of enhancements, stabilization needs, and support investments with IT, Finance, Accounts Payable, business leaders, and external service providers.
