What you will do •Manage daily data center operations including power, cooling, space, and environmental controls •Oversee preventive maintenance and operational procedures to maintain availability and resilience •Coordinate facility activities with infrastructure, network, storage, and platform teams •Lead incident response for facilities related events and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions •Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements across the data center •Manage vendor performance for facilities services and maintenance activities •Plan and track capacity for power, cooling, and floor space based on demand forecasts •Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence •Support customer engagements by translating availability and performance requirements into operational actions.
