Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Business, Operations Management, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or 8 years of related experience with a Master's degree; or 5 years of related experience with a PhD; or equivalent experience. Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end Quality processes, such as Non-Conformance, Corrective and Preventive Action, Supplier Quality, Part Qualification, Design Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Audit, Compliance, Document Management, or Training Management.
