Work with Project Director to develop the site logistics and phasing plans and work closely with Estimating so that appropriate general conditions and trade budgets reflect the proper construction time, and means and methods required to properly execute the Work. Demonstrated competency in: scheduling, procurement, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, ability to communicate, both written and oral, leadership and organizational skills.
