Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in business or Supply Chain Management; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in purchasing and/or inventory management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated procurement and supply chain knowledge, contract negotiation and administration skills, knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems and processes, experience managing commodities and services in food industry, customer service driven.
